“The Passion for the Possible workshop and training is absolutely interactive and intense and one of the best trainings I have ever been to. The trainers are truly passionate about inclusivity and making our world a better place.”

“More than a workshop, this was an immersive experience. Coming in, it was hard to imagine the amount of personal and professional growth that could result with a veteran group, but PFP easily dismantled walls and opened new doors in a positive fashion. Great and diverse group of facilitators with unique toolkits to enhance teamwork and collaboration.”

“This workshop was an unexpected treasure trove of learning and resources, offering valuable information to support organization structure, engagement and reach. It was both uplifting and soul soothing.”

Embrace relational leadership with immeasurable lasting effects!

OUR METHODOLOGY

Passion for the Possible (PFP) was founded in the spring of 2020 by Jessica Durivage, Amanda Masterpaul, and Franklin Ellis. They came together during the political and social unrest of compounded pandemics to merge their specialized frameworks into a collective organization for change within ourselves, our communities, and our society.

Their body of work actively addresses ways to dismantle current toxic systems and structures. Together in the commitment, they focus on revitalization, longevity, arts-grounded imagination, collective liberation, community care, wellness justice, relationship-centering, and resilience to counter socially and economically inequitable spaces.
