  • Reimagining Leadership Lab

Programs

It wasn’t a training where you come and just sit and listen to people talk. It was an intense and interactive training.

Mini Labs

Curated workshops designed to offer your team new tools and practices in specific areas of leadership and team building.

Spark Play

Imagine a gymnasium for your imagination and explore how to channel your creativity towards innovation.

Ignite Wisdom

Real talk that inspires and invigorates you to shift the ways in which you show up in your relationships, both personally and professionally.

Stoke Desire

Learn how movement and dance can free what’s stuck and reconnect you with your vision and purpose.

I Rest, I Rise

Rest and mindfulness practices scientifically proven to improve sleep, reduce insomnia, reduce levels of stress, while increasing over all quality of life and well-being.

Who Stole My Cheese?

Learn to create flexible work environments that contribute to team members’ satisfaction and lead to higher levels of productivity and buy-in.

Something to Talk About

Realize how different communication styles foster personal and professional belonging.

Reframing Success

Discover ways of engaging with stakeholders that are human-centered and reflective in order to refine goals and assess deliverables.

All Work and No Play

Plato proclaimed “we are truly ourselves when at play.” Experience using play to build upon people’s strengths and talents for greater impact.

Tapping into Talent

Experience ways of attracting the best talent to your organization through creating an inclusive and purposeful environment.

I appreciated that the facilitators approached the training from a space of inclusion, rest and movement. It is very rare that you find a workplace training that involves any of these elements.

Curated Retreats

Work together with the PFP team to design an experience for your staff, board, or community. Together, we can see, believe, and embody a world where centering relationships with one another is the desired framework and where embodying and expressing our gifts is the new currency.

Name(Required)

Passion for the Possible (PFP) was founded in the spring of 2020 by Jessica Durivage, Amanda Masterpaul, and Franklin Ellis. They came together during the political and social unrest of compounded pandemics to merge their specialized frameworks into a collective organization for change within ourselves, our communities, and our society.

Their body of work actively addresses ways to dismantle current toxic systems and structures. Together in the commitment, they focus on revitalization, longevity, arts-grounded imagination, collective liberation, community care, wellness justice, relationship-centering, and resilience to counter socially and economically inequitable spaces.
